2005. Developing ways to cope with the structure of 3 identity groups and 3 facilitators. The teams that are going to work together are being trained together. Trust is a key element.
2010. In the training, the future facilitators experience the same program in which they will lead youth later on. Thus, they go through their own process of dealing with the past and present, building trust while conceptualizing the methodologies, learning to ask questions, the same way the youth do, and the main question is always WHY.
Hebron 2010. The trainees are also looking for answers to their questions, the way the youth normally do, also by visiting the places that reflect the conflict.
