"The biggest thing i learned was what it means, the difference it makes,
to actually be here"
(josh, 20, USA)

Since the establishment of Windows in 1991, interns and volunteers, local and international [from all over the world], have played an important role in its development and its ability to face political and financial challenges.

For many years I’ve been trying to find myself, and my place in society. Being here, Windows has helped me find my place
— Lyor, 21, Israel/ Honduras

We are looking for qualified individuals to support our programs. Please note that there is no direct participation in the youth programs, but the interns are working behind the scenes in order to make them possible. All internships are unpaid but offer valuable experience in a friendly atmosphere. Windows' interns are considered an essential part of Windows team and are treated as such. Interns have the opportunity to develop, implement and lead their own projects, gain direct exposure to the workings of a non-profit organization, and receive work-related training. In addition, students are often able to arrange academic credits with their universities. Internships are three to twelve months long. Because training interns requires a significant investment from Windows, we do not accept interns who cannot commit to at least three months, unless they have specific professional skills such as video editing, magazine design, website development, etc.
